Charley Duggan
Managing Partner
Charles W. Duggan has 40 years experience dealing with all facets of commercial real estate from site selection and acquisition, through construction, management and finance. Mr. Duggan graduated in 1981 from the Haslam School of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Sciences finance degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. He has worked with the Tennessee Dept. of Transportation Right of Way Acquisition Division in the appraisal of right-of-way condemnation tracts. He was also an officer with publicly-traded (TSE) Canadian development firm Health Development Services. Mr. Duggan is a 29-year member of the International Association of Assessment Officials (IAAO) and a member of IPT, the Institute for Property Taxation. Mr. Duggan has been a speaker at various industry forums, including the Urban Land Institute.

Wesley Vaughn, CMI
Senior Vice President
Wesley Vaughn earned his bachelor degree from the University of Alabama and a graduate degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Duggan Property Services, Wesley worked throughout the Southeast in commercial real estate as a municipal consultant, broker, and city planner. He has experience in leasing, site selection, market research, and public policy. Wesley is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).

Conner Parsons
Vice President
Conner is a finance professional with a variety of commercial real estate experience primarily in the hospitality and multifamily asset classes. Prior to joining Duggan Property Services, Conner served as the Director of Asset Management for Pluris Real Estate of Louisville, KY. Conner began his career as an Associate in Corporate Banking with Synovus Financial Corporation where he underwrote syndicated real estate loans. Conner earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
