The owner and principal operative of the company is Charles W. Duggan, who has 40 years' experience dealing with all facets of commercial real estate, from finance through site selection and acquisition, construction, and management. Mr. Duggan graduated in 1981 from the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. He has worked with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation Right of Way Acquisition Division, in the appraisal of right-of-way condemnation tracks.
Mr. Duggan was also an officer with publicly-traded (TSE) Canadian real-estate development firm Spinnaker Development Corporation, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina from 1984 to 1995.
Mr. Duggan is a 20-year member of the International Association of Assessment Officials (IAAO), the foremost authority in United States ad valorem real estate taxation.
Wesley serves as Senior Vice President and is focused on all aspects of day-to-day administrative operations and client relationship management. Wesley has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a graduate degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Duggan Property Services, he worked throughout the Southeast in commercial real estate as a consultant, broker, and city planner. He has experience in leasing, site selection, market research, and public policy.
Wesley has been a member of the International Association of Assessment Officials (IAAO), Urban Land Institute, the Alabama CCIM Chapter, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
